1. Basic details of Terms of Use

1.2. The Customer
The term Customer includes persons who use the service of the SMSPláza and who purchase a product/service through SMSPláza.
2. The aim of the Terms of Use of SMSPláza
The Terms of Use (TU) of SMSPláza contain the general terms and conditions of the legal relationship concluded by and between the Service Provider and the Customer entering into contractual relationship. In respect of matters not specified here, the Hungarian regulations in force and the effective rules related to the activity of the Service Provider as well as the dispositions of the Civil Code of Hungary shall apply without any separate exclusion.
2.1. Acceptance of the Terms of Use of SMSPláza
Accepting the Terms of Use of SMSPláza by the Customer is the precondition of the use of the SMSPláza service. Registration by the Customer in the SMSPláza operated by the Service Provider shall be regarded as an acceptance of the Terms of Use.
2.2. The effect of the Terms of Use of SMSPláza
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Terms of Use partially of totally any time. The Terms of Use of the SMSPláza and its modification enter into force upon publication. The Terms of Use remains effective as long as the Service Provider guarantees the SMSPláza service.
3. SMS Plaza Mobil Webshop Service
The Service Provider provides the SMS Plaza service based on the following conditions.
3.1. The territorial scope of the SMSPláza service
The SMSPláza service operated by the Service Provider is available both from inland and abroad.
4. Conclusion and modification of the SMSPláza Contract
4.1. General characteristics
The Contract comes into effect upon registration to SMSPláza, which means the acceptance of the current Terms of Use according to Section 2.1. An order comes into existence when the Customer approves the Order in its final form. The Service Provider reserves the right to delete the data upon the arrival of the Order and to qualify these orders placed with these data invalid if the validity of the registration details are in question or cannot be interpreted.
4.2. Modification and cancellation of an order
The order cannot be cancelled after its approval.
4.3. Purchasing services/products
Upon the purchase of services/products, the General Terms and Conditions of the service providing partner shall apply.
4.4. Payment terms
The Customer pays the price of the purchased products and services via an electronic way with a bank card upon placing the order.
5. Cancellation of the registration
The Customer can arrange the cancellation of the SMSPláza registration through the internet interface of the SMSPláza service or through the customer service.
