Why shall I register?
During the registration the user enters his/her personal and bank card details. The personal details are required for the identification and the delivery, whereas the bank card details are necessary for the payment. The bank card details are recorded by the secured server of the OTP Bank and the colleagues of our company have no authorization to access such data.

How can I register?
The following things are required for the registration:
1. bank card,
2. a mobile phone which is able to send and receive SMS (in case of mobile internet registration a “smart phone”)
3. e-mail account.

All data, information related to the registration and the purchase are handled confidentially; no third party can access such data. We would like to call the attention of our users to handle their SMSPláza password carefully and not to tell it to third parties.

Is my password secret?
The secret password is provided by the user at the registration. Each purchase subjects to sending an SMS confirming the purchase intention. In case of a purchase over 10, 000 HUF the secret password is also requested by the system as a confirmation. The password can be modified under the My Account menu item any time.

How can I purchase?
SmsPláza is offering products in more and more quantities. Beyond the purchasing activity, our webshop provides facility for the mediation of free of charge product samples as well as offering and collecting financial donations.

SMSPláza provides facility for purchasing:

  • via SMS,
  • via the browsers of the Internet and the "smart phone".


All orders are only paid from your account after the confirmation (response SMS, confirmation through the web interface). Five minutes are available for sending the confirmation. If the intention of purchase is sent more than five minutes later, the order will be cancelled by the SMSPláza automatically.

The precondition of placing an order is the registration; after the registration you can simply, comfortably and safely purchase from our product assortment. SMSPláza also provides us facility to purchase presents to each other. To do this, the details of the presented person have to be recorded in our virtual phonebook and the presented person can be marked through the reszere=... parameter after entering the product code (Name) in case of an SMS purchase.

In case of a purchase via Internet the details of the beneficiary have to be filled in the required fields implicitly.

When can I receive the product purchased?
In case of online products the receipt is immediate, i.e. after the payment SMSPláza sends the requested product by e-mail/SMS immediately. In case of offline products the delivery always depends on the distributor. The delivery deadlines and the other conditions are always indicated by the Partners on their websites.

Where can I find detailed information on my purchases?
After logging in you can find detailed information on your previous purchases under My Account menu item.

What to take care of at the purchase?
  • Read the guidelines, the terms and conditions of purchase and the delivery of the Store/Shop in question.
  • Record your details related to your purchase.
  • Record your transaction details related to the payment. (transaction ID, licence number)
  • Make sure that no unauthorized person can have an access to your secret bank card details, so you always have to keep your bank card, personal identification number (PIN) and your password separately.
  • Use a web browser that knows the option required for the SSL encryption (above Netscape Navigator 4.7 and Internet Explorer 5)!
